Faded glory…

Part of an annual holiday in the USA was to stock up on Lucky Brand jeans and other clothing. Sales assistants were always helpful and the clothes were good value. Clearly not any more! It seems the brand is on a downward spiral and it would be better for everyone if they just closed down completely.

Size is not consistent

Size is not consistent. I bought two pairs of shorts, same size, different patterns. One was too big, one was too small. And the fact they don’t have reviews on the site sucks. No wonder they’re bankrupt. Way to show off Brooklyn hippies.

Great In-Store Customer Service

Monday July 25 I recieved the BEST customer service from your Assistant Manager. She offered suggestions and was super kind. She's a great asset to Lucky outlet! Ill be back!!!

Stones all wrong, Item cancelled, No packing Slip

Item cancelled without any notification as to why, had to contact customer service for a reason, and then reorder and pay extra shipping for that item to arrive. No packing slip in the delivery box, and the stones on 3 of the 4 items are not what I expected. I saw these items in a store and what I received is a much lighter and cheaper looking stone. Very very disappointed in this. My first and definitely last time buying from Lucky Brand

I would have rather donated this money I spent to Jeff Bezos’ savings account

The $280 leather jacket I bought had a seam on the arm that started coming loose after about 5 wears. Listen, I wasn’t in bar fights or crashing motorcycles, I was strolling through a couple parks with my great aunt. If you’re thinking this is a leather jacket, it’s the farthest thing from it. Ive been gifted bracelets made by 6 year old children from summer camp with more durability than this pathetic excuse of a craft. Of course there is no return or exchange, because what do you expect THEM to do with this terrible product? No, these mistakes are for us to make. First and last time I buy anything from this company.

Out ~$248 - If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. I made a large order during a major sale. Lucky Brand completely missed 4 out of the 13 items and charged me the full amount. They never sent any communication that the 4 items would be cancelled from the order, nor did they give notice that the order would be split into multiple shipments. I talked to customer service, and they said the items were not shipped due to low stock. They gave me a "request number" for a refund for the 4 missing items. It's been 3 weeks and about 10 emails with customer service, and I am still waiting on this refund. To make matters worse, I went in store and returned 6 of the 9 items I did receive. The clerk shorted me $114, which I did not realize at the time. This company's order and refund tracking is HORRENDOUS and I will NEVER purchase from them again!!!

spent $100 and then it immediately gave…

spent $100 and then it immediately gave me an error. No order number or any info just blatantly robbed me of $100. The customer service tab straight up didn't work.

If I could give a negative number on…

If I could give a negative number on review I would. I ordered 2 pair of jeans womens and one shirt. I got the order however I received one pair of men's jeans Instead of the jeans I paid for. Mind you I spent over 200 dollars, I emailed customer service and they were great, told me they would make it right and resend the order. I got the package 3 days later and once again the wrong order still missing the pair of jeans that were missing with the 1st order. So I emailed again only this time I got ignored. When spending this kind of money on clothes you expect to receive the correct items. Now I'm stuck with mens jeans. The customer service is horrible and they do not care about the people whom keep their business open. I will never purchase another pair of lucky jeans. They obviously have no respect for the people who keep their doors open. Shop around before giving your hard earned money to people who keep it and send you whatever they think you should wearing.

Customer Services & Invalid Promo Codes

I gave them my email for 15% off my order and it gave me a promo code that was invalid. I then signed up for their student program to receive a 15% discount code and that was invalid either. I then decided to move forward with the order despite the promised discounts. I paid $10.00 for delivery in 3-5 business days and my package says it will get here in 8 business days (10 total days from when the order was placed). When I explained this to Kareem, a lucky brand Live Chat support agent, he said there is nothing he could do to help me and disconnected the chat! What kind of customer service is that? This brand seems incredibly shady.
